Bill Pickering

PDM is led by Bill Pickering (also the Managing Director of Hugo Halliday PR & Marketing Pty Ltd) who offers expert knowledge of local government and the State planning process. Bill is a former councillor and Mayor with the City of Ryde and served on the Board of Local Government NSW (LGNSW) as Metropolitan Vice President and as a Director with the Australian Local Government Association (ALGA). He chaired the planning and Environment Committee for council for many years.

Bill is a former journalist, military public affair specialist and has a professional background in corporate and strategic communications in senior positions in Federal and State Government departments.

He has assisted some of the biggest firms, mid-size and smaller-scale developers in NSW achieve major development outcomes over many years.

Jessica Craig

Marketing specialist Jessica Craig has extensive experience in project marketing. Jessica provides development firms with a one-stop shop for graphic design, premium branding, website development, social media platforms, events management and launches, and much more.

Carolyn Oakley

Carolyn is a Brand Development and Marketing professional specialising in, but not limited to copywriting and style/tone development to support brand identity, media strategy, PR, events, web and integrated campaigns.

Carolyn has over 20 years’ experience delivering marketing and communications strategy for well-known brands, including Keep Australia Beautiful, Mission Australia National Maritime Museum, ABC, Westpac, Qantas and the launch of the 3G network across Australia. She has also worked extensively with State and Local Government to develop and deliver community engagement strategies including events, awards programs, grants and educational programs.
